Alexandria is a prominently industrial suburb situated to the south of Sydney’s central business district. It’s home to car dealerships, warehouses, wholesale stores, manufacturing factories, and other offices. However, a bit further from the busy industrial streets lies the green and clean residential neighbourhoods of Alexandria. Charming townhouses, terraced blocks, midrise apartments and single-story cottages are finely ticked away on the tree-lined residential streets of Alexandria. A stone's throw from the residential axis is the brimming commercial centre which features restaurants, local pubs, eateries, shops, and cafes.
Beaconsfield is a suburban area located in the inner region of Sydney. The distance between it and the central business district of Sydney is just a meagre 5km. This suburban area is currently set for major developments involving an urban renewal project focusing on retail amenities, businesses, and residential developments. Nevertheless, the small population of 987 residents (2016 census) is not short of other amenities to cater to their living, some of these parks, and transport systems. With more development, this area will surely be categorized as one for the future.
