Despite being close to the airport, 2019 is a green, leafy area. It is family-friendly and in close proximity to plenty of lush green parks and beautiful beaches. It boasts a blend of urban and rural elements, with a few coffee shops and pubs. It also has a couple of pharmacies and the 309 bus route runs through the area, which will take you to Redfern and Green Square station. You'll have no problem accessing the central business district should you need to explore further out. It's a homely country town with an urban twist.

Botany is a suburb in Sydney's southeast in the Australian state of New South Wales. It's a great, welcoming, and genuine community. The neighborhood is lush and peaceful. There are a number of coffee shops, two pubs, an IGA, two pharmacists, two gyms, and other shops along the main shopping strip, as well as the close presence of a brewery. Botany is conveniently located near the airport, making it ideal for airport workers or frequent travelers. Botany is fortunate in that it is located to the north and parallel to the third runway, allowing planes to fly around it rather than over it. Botany is home to two large parks and a few smaller ones.
Banksmeadow is a Sydney suburb in the Australian state of New South Wales. Banksmeadow is located 11 kilometres south of Sydney's central business district, in the Bayside Council's local government area. Banksmeadow is located on Botany Bay's northern shore. It's primarily an industrial district, with commercial and industrial developments linked to Port Botany. There are several oil terminals here, as well as the Sydenham-Botany Goods Railway and a big Orica Limited chemical plant. Nearby is Foreshore Beach (also known as Botany Beach). Parks and schools can be found in Banksmeadow.
