Based in Botany, NSW with branches in Melbourne and Gold Coast, our business is expanding to meet demand we now require a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our thriving team.    The Role  Located in Botany, Sydney  Full-time, Permanent role  Above award wage (skill/experience dependent)  8am - 4pm  Monday to Friday  Full training provided   Key Duties: Printing and managing order of job picklists Proficient in picking, packing and moving equipment safely Barcode scanning jobs to go OUT Coordinating with Production departments on handover of custom elements Be responsible for ensuring equipment leaving the warehouse is in excellent condition (Quality Assurance checks)Loading equipment onto vehicles Checking jobs OUT in RentalPoint software (training provided) Assisting customers with loading/unloading Managing signed customer Rental Agreements into correct location Liaising with internal departments and customers regarding deliveries, discrepancies and shortages. Reporting to Warehouse Manager/Operations Manager Forecasting shortages Collate all job requirements – pick list, drawings, venue maps, schedules, contact details and so forth Record warehouse departure times to track company/team efficiencies Maintaining the warehouse and all tools and machinery in a clean & tidy manner. Working with our carpentry/manufacturing departments from time-to-time to help complete custom builds. Deliver, Install and Dismantle, Collect equipment for events if required Safely loading and unloading vehicles.  Key Skills  Provide excellent customer service and be able to communicate in a clear and courteous manner Possess a positive, motivated and outgoing attitude Sound knowledge of current WHS policies Sound knowledge on using RentalPoint software (training provided) Be Punctual and reliable Be flexible with hours Able to manage a number of staff members at any given time with a professional manner Reasonable computer literacy Ability to coordinate tasks and perform jobs in an efficient manner Ability to deal with competing priorities Be able to work well in a team environment. Be able to work well autonomously and when under supervision. Hold a current driver's license (manual preferred) MR (Medium Rigid) truck license is advantageous Forklift license First Aid Certificate would be an advantage. Any set building or construction experience is a plus  Ready to apply? If this role ticks your boxes and you believe that we would be a good fit, then we would love to hear from you.
