The Marketing and Communications (Marcom) Specialist is primarily focused on the project management of all marketing and communications at The Scots College. While this Marcom Specialist will liaise directly with the client(s) and assist with the daily operations of the Marketing and Communications office, they will work on site and closely with the Senior Marcom Manager to develop/refine strategy execution and creative concepts. This Specialist will develop, grow and maintain strong relationships with key internal College staff, enthusing and engaging them in marketing and communications projects, while ensuring the communications results are met and, if possible, exceed the client’s expectations.This role is an integral component of a centralised system to optimise dissemination and communications effectiveness. The role requires the Marketing Specialist to support the team as a ‘brand champion’ and ‘editor’ from a ‘whole School’ perspective across all communication channels and to harness new opportunities to further elevate the Scots brand. orA minimum of three years’ experience in managing in-house marketing communications.Highly customer focused;Experience in a range of communications consulting services;Experience and past results in a diverse range of communications roles;
