A median house price for the area is reported at $5.4 million, with the highest taxable income averages in Australia. The real estate of 2023 is incredibly exclusive, with houses in the area selling for sums as much as $60 million in the case of the Rona estate. Other notable houses include the historic Queen Anne home Caerleon (sold last for $22 million) and Ginahgulla, also known as Fairfax House.

Point Piper

Point Piper is a tiny harbour side eastern Sydney neighbourhood in the Australian state of New South Wales. Point Piper is a playground for the wealthy and an excellent spot to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks. There are two yacht clubs because many residents own boats. It's also close to shopping in Double Bay and Rose Bay. It's a fantastic location to be. Because it is a waterfront community, there are numerous parks and beaches nearby, as well as a tennis club in Rose Bay. There are limited amenities or public facilities in Point Piper, but there are commercial districts in surrounding communities such as Rose Bay and Double Bay are the nearest.
