This will include developing, monitoring and continuously improving the risk, quality, safety and compliance management systems across NCCCA, to ensure our facilities and services are continually monitored for compliance against the governing legislation and regulations applicable to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC).  As well, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organisation, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when it occurs. To be considered for this position, you will ideally have tertiary qualifications in safety, risk or related discipline, and extensive management experience in aged care. An attractive remuneration package inclusive of not-for-profit salary packaging will be provided, and part time options available. Appointment is conditional upon a satisfactory criminal record check and proof of having the 2022 influenza and covid-19 vaccinations.   Cessnock is a vibrant country town and is the gateway to the Hunter Valley Wine Country.
