Our client is an established Third-Party Logistics Company with a large network of Customers. Based in Minto, an opportunity exists for an Information Technology Returns Coordinator to join their team. This casual role will be Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. You will be working on the warehouse floor in a security caged environment. Pay rate is $28.46 per hour. The role will be ongoing for the right candidate. Responsibilities for this role include: Effectively manage escalated customer returns Have intermediate computer skills Administration and reporting Data Entry Ability to communicate with customers over the telephone and via email Warehouse picking with some heavy lifting    To be successful for this role you must: Have customer service experience Be process driven Have excellent attention to detail Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (for reporting purposes) Excellent communication skills written and verbal (as required to communicate with our customer, TFS operators and MSFT regional reps) Work well under pressure Able to work unsupervised as well as a team environment Please note that only successful applicants will be contacted.
