Airds is a largely residential suburb with a young population, more singles than married couples, and minimal homeownership. This is because most of the lands are owned by Housing NSW. The average age is 5 to 19, which makes this a town that’s mostly made up of young toddlers, kids and teens, as well as young professionals. Still, there are a good number of age-appropriate activities and places to be enjoyed by all ages. Furthermore, there are a good number s schools in Airds, and the cost of living is quite affordable.

Ambarvale is a multicultural suburb situated in South Western Sydney. It spans about 55 km away from the Central Business District in Sydney.
