Yeerongpilly

Yeerongpilly is a suburb in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, located in the south. Yeerongpilly is home to two of Brisbane's greatest public schools. There are numerous parks and bike trails. Excellent public swimming pool complex with numerous playgrounds and walkways, close to public transportation, stores, and Woolworths and Coles supermarkets in Moorooka and Fairfield, respectively. So much green space while still being close to the city and the fantastic Southbank entertainment parklands. The renowned State Tennis Centre, the Brisbane Golf Club, and several athletic fields are all within walking distance of Yeerongpilly. It also has access to quiet, long river walks away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are numerous food outlets in Yeerongpilly, ranging from clubs to fast food chains.

Yellow Rock

Yellow Rock is a small hamlet or locality in New South Wales, Australia's Blue Mountains region. The overlook over the Nepean Valley, with views of Sydney CBD and the NYE fireworks, is a particularly attractive feature, in addition to being next to the huge National Park with forest walks and rich birdlife. Even stars that are visible closer to Sydney can be seen in the sky at night. With outstanding schools and school buses, this is a great spot to raise a family. Its location between Springwood and Richmond means adult couples and singles seeking a peaceful, safe place to escape can find work at big businesses (e.g., RAAF Richmond, area high schools, etc.)

Yennora

Yennora 2161 is an industrial suburb of Sydney, located about 29 km west of the city centre. It has a primarily residential area, mainly in the City of Fairfield's local government area. In contrast, the industrial area lies more to the west and is majorly in the Cumberland Council region. The suburb has a railway station that services the Inner West and Leppington and Cumberland lines, with trains running through Richmond, Leppington, and the city centre. It’s a lovely suburb for commuters and professionals who work in the city and need a convenient country settlement to enjoy the quality of life. Plus, there are standard amenities like schools, local shops, cafes, restaurants, and parks.

Yeppoon

Yeppoon is renowned for its beaches, tropical climate, and the islands out on the bay. Twenty-five minutes from the city of Rockhampton, Yeppoon 4703 is the principal town on the Capricorn Coast. The beaches and shallow coves provide a destination for tourists and retirees settling in Central Queensland. Offshore, there are 27 islands, including Great Keppel Island, 20 kilometres from Yeppoon. The Yeppoon Lagoon is a 2500-square-metre resort-style lagoon pool located on the beachfront. Other must-visit sites in Yeppoon are Yeppoon Main Beach, Farnborough Beach, and Keppel Kraken.

Yeronga

Yeronga is a lovely southside suburb excellent for singles, couples, and large families. This southern riverside suburb is only 20 minutes away from Brisbane’s busy central area, and yet, it offers an array of urban amenities within a laid-back, country setting. There are also many conveniences, thanks to the standard transportation services. Plus, the parks and shops ensure that residents always have places to go and things to enjoy while exploring the amenities and landscapes within the borders of Yeronga.

Yerrinbool

Yerrinbool is a village in the Wingecarribee Shire of New South Wales Southern Highlands, Australia. Families with children, retirees, professionals, and singles make up most of the population in 2575 Yerrinbool. It is clean and green, with a reasonable cost of living, good Internet connectivity, little traffic, and a friendly atmosphere. You'll adore Yerrinbool's calm, pleasant lifestyle, the convenience of shopping in Mittagong or Tahmoor, and the railway station's direct connection to the city if needed. Yokine

Yokine, a Nyungar word, means "dingo" because the area is close to Dog Swamp. Yokine 6060 is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia. Its local government area is the City of Stirling. Yokine is home to several sports clubs, such as the Dianella Soccer Club, golf, bowling, cricket, and soccer clubs, and is located at the Yokine Regional Open Space. It is an open space at the suburb's southern border, comprising four large grassed areas and two children's playgrounds. Walkers and runners use pathways surrounding the reserve.

Yoogali

Yoogali 2680 is a small town in the local government area of the City of Griffith in the Australian state of New South Wales. It is situated between Griffith and Yenda, just outside the Mooreville industrial estate. At the 2011 census, Yoogali had a population of 927. With ongoing developments, it’s more of a country residential settlement now. Some of the land areas are still used for grazing and farming, but the landscapes are scenic, very idyllic, and undisturbed by the rowdiness of city life.

Yorkeys Knob

Yorkeys Knob 4878 is a Cairns seaside neighbourhood in Queensland, Australia's Cairns Region. The suburbs have the most excellent beaches and shorelines. Young, the main town in the Hilltops Region, is located in the South West Slopes region of New South Wales, Australia. It boasts many big-town amenities for a small town and is an excellent area for shopping with many big-name chains, good possibilities for employment, a sizable young population, three elementary schools, two secondary schools, and a TAFE. Good sports facilities for a wide variety of sports, Young has a genuine rural vibe because small rural settlements surround it.

Youngtown

Youngtown is a residential suburb in the Launceston and Northern Midlands local government areas (LGAs) of Tasmania's Launceston and Central LGA regions. Youngtown 7249 is a beautiful place to live in Tasmania's north. It is a highly family-friendly neighborhood with outstanding primary and secondary schools nearby and has plenty of retail options and donation centres like the City Mission and Salvation Army. There are numerous playgrounds, parks, and walking paths in Youngtown, as well as convenient access to the Youngtown football oval. It is a 15-minute drive from the Launceston Airport and near to public transportation into the Launceston CBD. This area is appropriate for everyone, including families, singles, and couples.

Youngtown

Yowie Bay

Yowie Bay is a suburb of Sydney, Australia, in New South Wales. Yowie Bay is located 24 kilometres south of Sydney's central business district, in the Sutherland Shire local government area. Yowie Bay 2228 is mainly residential, with a few business developments. It is a lovely, peaceful enclave within the Sutherland shire that is an 8-minute drive to the beach, a short walk to Miranda, and not too far from Gymea village. It's an excellent area to live in, especially if you have kids because it has a good corner shop, a great cafe, and a fantastic primary school.

Zetland

Zetland is a Sydney suburb in the Australian state of New South Wales. The modern flats in Zetland 2017 integrate very well with the carefully managed landscape vegetation, with several small parks just a few steps away and clean, broad, and comfortable streets. The development of the East Village Shopping Center gave the suburbs new vitality. The suburb's centre point is stored like Coles, various cafes, beautiful restaurants, and the ever-popular Virgin Active gym. Another fantastic feature of the community is its location. You're only ten minutes from the city, ten minutes from the airport, and maybe fifteen minutes from the beach. It's at the heart of everything!!

Zillmere

Zillmere 4034 is a mixed-use suburb situated in the City of Brisbane. It boasts a booming real estate industry yet isn’t lagging in industrial activities either. There are a plethora of new and trendy homes in most neighbourhoods, plus, there’s the advantage of its central location and proximity to the city centre to consider. Additionally, a train line services the suburb and makes sit easy to access towns like Chermside and the CBD. Within its busty commercial area, a local shopping centre lies east of the railway station. It features a major super pharm outlet, some prominent franchise eateries, bakeries, tailor shops, veterinary clinics, and pharmacies.

Zilzie

Once ranked 9th best suburb by locals in Fitzroy Region, QLD, Zilzie 4710 is a coastal locality in the Livingstone Shire, Queensland. Zilzie is a great place to invest in a beachside home and is perfect for those looking to retire in a few years. There is plenty of fishing, boating activities, bush tracks, or frequent morning or evening walks or jogs. Zilzie is a very peaceful and quiet place that’s an excellent place for kids to grow; plus, there’s minimal traffic with parks littered all over for the kids to play.
