Armstrong Creek

Armstrong Creek is a suburb of Geelong, situated in Victoria. It’s part of the Armstrong Creek Growth Area and boasts vast farmlands and greenery as well. Even though Armstrong Creek is one of the youngest suburbs in the region, it has become quite the hotspot for families, professionals, students, singles and retirees as well. In 2021, Armstrong Creek was listed among the nation's 50 housing markets to look out for. This is probably because of the promising and very ambitious plan to transform Arsmtrong’s virgin lands into modern residential areas and cater to its growing and thriving population. Even more, this suburb is only about 15 minutes away from the Torquay beaches where residents can easily take a walk, enjoy the sun or plan a family picnic.

Arncliffe

Arncliffe is a suburb in southern Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Arncliffe is located 11 kilometres south of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the Bayside Council.Arncliffe is a residential area. Arncliffe has low-density detached and semi-detached houses and some medium density townhouses and blocks of flats. Commercial and light industrial developments are in the northern parts of the suburb and along the length of the Princes Highway and surrounding streets.The sand on Brighton-la-sand beach and Kyeemagh beach Maroubra are close to Arncliffe, best for walks, swimming, and other beach activities.Arncliffe's major shopping centre is around Belmore Street, beside Arncliffe railway station. Aroona

Aroona is located about 4 kilometres northwest of Caloundra. It’s also a suburb in the Sunshine Coast Region with a population of more than 3000 people. The suburb is nestled between Little Mountain and Currimundi and proves to be central to a variety of amenities. Furthermore, there’s a local primary school within its borders and a nearby high school which is just a quick bike ride away. The lovely pathways make it easier for kids, professionals, and bike enthusiasts in general to cycle anywhere around town. Plus, the beaches, major shops and cafes are only about 10 minutes away from the central area.

Artarmon

In the Australian state of New South Wales, Artarmon is a suburb of Sydney located on the lower North Shore. With the major employment centre of North Sydney nearby, as well as the retail and dining opportunities of Chatswood and Crows Nest, Artarmon is conveniently located for the many services offered around the North Shore. With Artarmon Public School's OC catchment, there are several high-quality public school options. It is a neighbourhood with lots of open green space and is very family-friendly. Along with other smaller-scale minimarts, Artarmon has some of the best Japanese-style eateries. A few little bakeries and retail shops may be found on Artarmon's western side. Public transportation is quite practical and provides easy access to the main employment centres.

Arundel

Arundel is a suburb of the City of Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia that’s home to the famous Coombabah Lake Conservation Park. It's an up and coming suburb with a lot of voguish and stylish residential and commercial blocks popping up. One of the most loved areas would certainly be the Coombabah Wetlands walkway, which is situated in Tee Trees Boulevard. Both residents and visitors enjoy the feel of nature as they tour through the area, Plus, Arundel is practically close to everything. The Ivan Gibbs Wetlands Reserve and the Biggera Creek Dam are also located in Arundel, but even more, there are bus lines, trams, schools, and shopping centres just a few minutes beyond the borders of Arundel.

Ascot

Ascot is a neighbourhood in Brisbane's northeastern state of Queensland, Australia. The suburb is divided into several distinct sections, including flat, lush places and hilly areas with beautiful vistas. It is safe and has excellent schools as well as amazing coffee shops. People here are usually happy and friendly. You don't need to leave the neighbourhood because it is close to the airport, has all the conveniences, and is on the route to Noosa on the north coast. Ascot is a neighbourhood where children can bicycle securely through the suburbs. It has huge property parcels and magnificent construction. The city centre is 5 minutes away. Ascot Primary School is as close as you can get to a private school without having to pay for it.

Ascot Park

Ascot Park is a suburb in the southwestern part of Adelaide in the City of Marion. They named it after Ascot Racecourse in England. There are three reserves in Ascot Park: Woodforde Family Reserve, Audrey Street Reserve, and Parsons Grove Reserve. They contain a playground facility, a barbecue and an open, grassy area. There are no schools located in the suburbs. Ascot Park Primary School is on the western side of Marion Road in the neighbouring suburb of Park Holme. Similarly, the nearest kindergarten is the Ascot Park Kindergarten, west of Marion Road in Park Holme. Ascot Park also contains a minor shopping centre that comprises a supermarket, chemist, and two takeaway shops on Marion Road.

Ascot Vale

Ascot Vale is an inner suburb 6 km northwest of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, in the local government area of the City of Moonee Valley. It is connected to the city via train and tram. Ascot Vale residents have access to heaps of parks, playgrounds, Melbourne Zoo, Royal Children’s Hospital, Riverside golf course, and Maribyrnong river trails. A major monument in the suburb is the Royal Melbourne Showgrounds, which hosts a series of events all year round. An example of some of the events in the Royal Melbourne Showgrounds is the annual Royal Melbourne Show. The Showgrounds are next to Flemington Racecourse.

Ashburton

Burton is a lovely suburb with a nice mix of houses, tree-lined streets, and a mesmerizing country charm. It sits about 21 km north of Adelaide’s central business district and just 5 km northwest of Salisbury. Burton is also home to two wetland reserves, one of them being the well-known Kaurna Park. Most of the homes are more than 5 decades old, however, more new and refurbished blocks are springing up by the day. Burton also provides easy access to Port Wakefield road, which is great for commuters working in the city, Port Adelaide, or even Elizabeth and Gawler. It has an array of shopping hubs to peruse and explore, as well as standard schools, sporting grounds, and parks. Burton is also a lovely destination for people who love to fish, sit by the waterside or enjoy a warm afternoon barbecuing or picnicking.

Ashbury

Ashbury is a suburb in Sydney's Inner West, in the Australian state of New South Wales. You won't believe it's only 10 kilometres from the CBD, but Ashbury is suburbia the way it should be. With its extensive parklands, historic charm, family-friendly atmosphere, and uncongested, clean streets. You'll be spoilt for choice with Ashfield, Canterbury, Campsie, and Dulwich Hill train stations and light rail, as well as CBD bound buses. There are numerous charming cafes in the neighborhood, as well as some more popular ones in the surrounding suburbs. The schools in Sydney are among the best. Nearby amenities are also available. Sporting facilities and clubs, as well as retail districts, are all ideally located-close enough to stroll to but far enough away to avoid.

Ashcroft

Ashcroft sits about 35 km southwest of Sydney’s busy central business district. It’s under the City of Liverpool local government area and boasts a relatively affordable standard of living. Plus, there is a one-stop hub corner shop that features eateries, salons, convenience stores, and a small medical centre with a lovely mural welcoming residents in the area. The commercial area is also very easy to access, with generous parking spaces, minimal traffic and well-organized stores. Professionals and families mostly thrive in the area thanks to the easy links, schools and shopping area. Plus, there’s a recreational centre that features a sports club as well as a parks.

Ashdale Gardens

Darch is a suburb in Perth which lies within the City of Wanneroo in Western Australia. The suburb is about 11 miles away from the central business district and lies in the northern part of the city. Additionally, the suburb has evolved from a basic rural settlement to a more voguish suburb with a variety of residential blocks. However, that does not rule out commercial development as well. The suburbs boast a variety of primary and secondary schools, churches, recreational centres, parks, restaurants, cafes, and bushland reserves. 

Ashfield

Near the western edge of Sydney's central business district lies 2131. It is a dynamic, exciting location to be because of how extremely urban, multicultural, and culturally varied it is. Its cultural heritage is rich, while there are also plenty of enjoyable things to experience such as the neighborhood’s many parks and swimming pools. Alongside the Hammond, Pratten, and Ashfield parks, the swimming pools in the Ashfield Aquatic Center will be renovated to include a children’s leisure pool, an outdoor pool and open, green community spaces.

Ashford

Within the zip code 2361 are the communities of Ashford, Atholwood, Bonshaw, Limestone, and Pindarol. In Ashford, you can find wonderful national parks, picturesque rocky hills, and limestone caverns, whereas Bonshaw has a public school, farms, and residential areas. North of New South Wales' northern tablelands is where the small settlement of Ashford is located. It's a fairly quiet neighborhood with evenly spaced homes, calm streets, and beautiful natural landmarks. You may explore the picturesque Kwiambal National Park, explore limestone caverns, and take in the vistas of Macintyre Falls.

Ashgrove

Ashgrove is a lovely, family-friendly neighbourhood located about 5 kilometres from the CBD. The neighborhood is known for its beautiful Queenslander homes, often known as "Ashgrovians." It has quiet, tree-lined streets; numerous parks and bike paths; a beautiful creek that runs through the neighbourhood; and excellent schools. For the weekend, there are many good boutiques and coffee cafes around. It is commonly claimed in the community that once you move here, you will be loathe to leave. Residents are extremely nice and considerate of their neighbours. All of this contributes to long-term property growth. Ashgrove is difficult to surpass as one of Brisbane's best neighbourhoods.

Ashmont

Ashmont is a suburb in the south-western region of Wagga Wagga. It was originally known as the J.J. Salmon’s Estate, after the Salmon family home where the suburb sits now. The area was urbanised in 1950 and since then, Ashmont has seen steady development, especially in the residential areas. Even though about 21% of the homes are officially owned by federal and state housing authorities, there are still a good number of private dwellings with land ownership at 48% in the suburbs.

Ashmore

Ashmore is a popular inner-city suburb located in the City of Gold Coast that’s slightly separated from the city life of the Gold Coast, yet is close enough to the shopping centres, retail precincts, the beach and the railway links. This well-established suburb sits on rolling hills and is well-surrounded by towering trees. Thanks to the elevated landscape, most Ashmore homes enjoy scenic views of the ocean, beach and the hinterlands. For senior citizens, there are a good number of retirement villages within the suburbs with close access to the gardens and parks. There are also schools, sporting grounds, and community centres for families, kids, singles, and other residents as well.

Ashmore

Ashmore is a prominent suburb in Gold Coats Queensland boastling large residential aged care facilities, a major retail area and big-name eateries within it’s borders. With more than 30 residential aged care facilities, this is certainly a perfect spot for retirees who desire a lush wellness centre. For families, singles, students and professionals, there is equally a a variety of country and modern homes to choose from. Then for shopping needs, the Ashmore Shopping Centre is the major retail area in the suburb. It features large stores, major franchise fast-food joints as well as a plaza that caters to the grocery and fashion needs of the residents.
