Ashtonfield

Ashtonfield is a suburb in the City of Maitland, New South Wales, Australia. It is home to the Ashtonfield Public School and the recently upgraded Stockland Greenhills. The Bloomfield Mine and Colliery is an open cast mine in Ashtonfield that has remained under the ownership of the same company, The Bloomfield Group, for nearly 100 years. For those interested in shopping, Stockland Green Hills Shopping Centre in East Maitland has an impressive range of stores, from children’s toys to beauty salons, to cafes, two banks, and two boutiques. For recreation, Ashtonfield is well equipped with recreational, sporting, and educational facilities like the Ashtonfield Footy Oval and the Shamrock Hill Sporting Fields.

Ashwood

Ashwood is a Melbourne suburb in the Australian state of Victoria. Ashwood is conveniently located near many amenities. Aspendale sits about 27 km south-east of Melbourne’s central area and is situated in the City of Kingston local government area. It's home to a numebr of recreational faciliries including but not limited to teh Rossdale Golf Course, the Aspendale Cricket Club abd the Aspendale Life Saving Club.  beyond sports and recreation, there are some standard schools in the region, plus kindergartens and daycare centers. There’s also a secondary school for kids 12 years and above, and a train station that runs the Frankston Line, which takees residents, commuters and studenst to rhe neighbouring regions that baosts even more educational, shopping, medical and recreational amenities.

Aspendale Gardens

Apsepndale is known for its glorious beach and beach-side facilities, yet there’s more to the suburb than its spectacular marine life. Aspendale Garden is a lovely subrub seated close to Aspendale in Melbourne, Victoria. It’s home to a number of playground facilities, open field areas, and a cricket oval close to one of its primary schools. It also offers a variety of walking trails and a long beach trail that spans from 7-Eleven Beach to St. Louis de Montfort’s school. For residents looking to settle in the area, Aspendale Gardens offers an array of housing estates with both character homes and more voguish blocks. It also helps that the subrub is only 10 minutes away from Mordialloc’s station, as well as its beaches and shopping facilities.

The leafy and green suburb of Asquith sits on the upper north shore of the capital city, Sydney. It’s home to a number of parks, public and private schools, and playgrounds. While it’s not just the perfect settlement for families, it does have a lot of family-friendly amenities as well as a nice variety of housing options. It makes sense that more than half of the population is made up of families. Most of the houses are generously sized, with a mix of brick-veneered homes from the 70s to post-war homes and a number of modern garden-front houses. For a little more facilities, the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park sits on the eastern part of Asquith and is a major tourist attraction in the area.

Athelstone

Adelaide's suburb of Athelstone is located in Campbelltown. You have a decent possibility of seeing and hearing some native wildlife in the Adelaide Hills' foothills. Athol Park is a suburb of Adelaide, South Australia, located in the northwestern part of the city. It is situated in Charles Sturt City. Between Woodville and Grand Junction Road, Athol Park used to be a roadway with mostly Housing Trust properties from the 1970s. It currently has some very nice double-story homes, as well as some very nice beamers parked in driveways and some really creative landscaping. It's currently a thriving community within the Westwood redevelopment, having the benefits of being close to both the city and the beach. Attadale

Aubin Grove

Aubin Grove is a suburb of Perth located in the City of Cockburn, Western Australia. It used to be a part of Banjup and was majorly made up of rural villages. However, it has blossomed into a multi-cultural developing park suburb with various residential facilities to choose from. You’ll find a variety of parks within the area, as well as daycare centres and schools. Even more, the diversity in Aubin Grove encourages numerous community programs, especially during Christmas.

Auburn

Augustine Heights

Augustine Heights sits in the City of Ipswich, Queensland, and offers lovely amenities, relatively affordable housing, and a close-knit community. With a population of 4,800 people in 2016, Augusts continues to grow steadily yet still offers beautiful homes and considerably lower prices than what is seen in the urban core. Plus, it’s only about 35 minutes to the Brisbane Airport and a few minutes away from the Springfield Shopping Centre. There’s also a train station about five minutes away from the residential area, with a cinema, fine restaurants, cafes, and pubs nearby. Even more, Augustine Heights is home to child care centres, a maternity hospital, and a university, and still has lovely recreational centres like golf courses close by.
